  • Offer / timing: Suggested test price: $150 gross, not a sourced market rate or an existing offer. Scope: diagnose and repair one existing workflow, test the agreed happy path and failure path, and provide a short handover. Cap delivery at two hours; re-quote anything larger. First revenue depends on finding a buyer and agreeing payment terms; it may be $0.
  • One concrete next action: Record a 60-second before/after demo using synthetic data: a failing webhook, the repaired workflow and a readable error alert. Send one relevant warm contact a fixed-scope offer after the demo exists.
