1. Respondent: target the AI-at-work diary and B2B interviews

  • Why it fits: Respondent’s current participant page highlights a recent 10-day, $300 AI-at-work diary for regular AI users. Nick’s hands-on work with agents, automation, and creative AI is unusually relevant to this research pool.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: Respondent says most sessions pay $50–$250, senior B2B studies can pay $400+, and payment usually arrives via Tremendous within a few days after verification. Its displayed AI diary example paid $300 for 10 days of short check-ins. Invitations are selective; the site says 1–3 per month is typical.

2. User Interviews: current remote AI-moderated studies

  • Why it fits: The live study board currently lists several online, AI-moderated interviews closing August 24–28, including a 25–30 minute health-insurance interview and multiple Listen Labs studies. Comfortable on-camera AI users should be able to move quickly through suitable screeners.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: The public board does not expose every incentive until the application flow, so check the amount before applying. User Interviews says completed incentives are paid within 10 business days, usually sooner.

  • Friction: Low–medium — several brief screeners; webcam/mic commonly required. Apply only where answers are truthful.

3. Upwork: AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer

  • Why it fits: The listing asks for the exact overlap Nick can credibly demonstrate: AI automation and agent building. A compact Hermes-style workflow demo can separate the proposal from generic “AI expert” sludge.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: $500 fixed price, with a stated 3–7 day timeline; posted August 13. Verify that the listing is still accepting proposals before spending Connects.

  • Friction: Medium–high — competitive marketplace, proposal effort, platform fees, and possible Connects cost.

4. Upwork n8n job feed: hunt for one small integration, not a grand “agent” build

  • Why it fits: Upwork currently reports 614 open n8n jobs. Nick’s self-hosting, APIs, webhooks, scheduled workflows, and AI-agent experience map directly to practical integration work.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: Budgets vary by listing. Aim first at tightly scoped 4–8 hour fixes and quote $200–$600 fixed only after inspecting requirements; delivery can often be 1–3 days. This is a pricing target, not a promised platform rate.

5. Washington State unclaimed-property search

  • Why it fits: This is a free, official search for old checks, deposits, bank balances, refunds, or business funds held in Nick’s name. It takes minutes and has much better downside economics than another survey grind.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: Unknown until searched; could be $0 or meaningful. Claim timing depends on identity/document review. Washington says individuals and businesses can search and file claims through its system.

6. Circle K / Gas Express data-incident settlement — only if a notice arrived

  • Why it fits: Check email and postal mail for a notice about the May 2024 Gas Express/Circle K data incident. Not everyone qualifies: the official page says eligibility is limited to U.S. residents who were sent notice.
  • Realistic payout / timeframe: Eligible class members may choose $50 without loss documentation or documented losses up to $2,000, plus two years of credit monitoring. The $50 option is capped at 700 valid claims; deadline September 3, 2026. Payment timing depends on settlement administration.

  • Realistic payout / timeframe: Pilot at $75–$150 for one short video; deliver in 24–48 hours. Raise pricing after proof and include tool costs in the quote. No income is guaranteed until a creator buys.
  • Concrete next action: Take one of Nick’s own 20–30 second clips and make a Spanish-localized before/after sample with burned-in captions and a two-sentence service pitch.
